This app will give you access to all three modules in the course. In these modules, through the use of bite-sized videos and worksheets, you will learn how to: identify the critical factors for success within any industry (Step 1), how to draw a strategy canvas any business (Step 2), how to select the best strategies for a business (Step 3), how to put the key assets in place in order to execute those strategies (Step 4), how to interpret change within a market (Step 5), how to respond to that change in a superior manner to the competition (Step 6) and how to discover where your Sweet Spot of Opportunity lies (Step 7). These are the various steps that should be carried out by managers and executives whenever they develop strategy.

This app also contains a set of Bonus Materials for Professionals. These additional resources have been designed to help professionals learn how they can

use the core MBA principles to gain a deeper understanding of their clients.

Finally, the app also contains a set of worksheets which will help you understand how you can apply the concepts taught to any business.

I found it fascinating. The course provided us with a real grasp of the core principles taught on an MBA and how to apply them. It has given me a completely new

way of looking at our business and what the drivers of strategy are. It has also helped me understand our clients businesses so that I can have more engaging conversations with those clients. I am very much in favour of the course being rolled out more widely within our firm.

The course is very thought provoking and absorbing. It strikes the perfect balance between theory and practical examples. The worksheets are also an incredibly useful resource that have helped us to analyse not only our own business but also the businesses of our clients. This has been particularly useful in helping us develop more bespoke marketing.

It has made the complex understandable and encouraged me to figure out how our strengths are aligned with services we offer. All aspects have a relevance to my day today work. I will recommend to other members within my
